A year and half or so late but I had a friend initially introduce me to Kenny back in July 2024, as he had stated he was a great loan officer to work with, however I did not find that to be the case. Due to being a service member stationed in a different state and having provided evidence from the VA Website that you CAN purchase a home with the VA at a different location, Kenny simply did not want to assist me with that. While I would have just preferred the honest and transparent answer, Kenny kept making excuses as a way of finding a reason to simply not help. I reached out to another lender a day or two after since I was determined nonetheless to buy a home and was able to become a new homeowner just two months after my initial contact with Kenny.
